Campaign Story

My fiancé Christopher and I have been trying to have a baby for about 5-6 years now. I was told when I was 15 that I had PCOS and would most likely have a difficult time conceiving. Since Chris and I were little, all either of us ever wanted was to start a family.
We started out the “traditional” way. Monitoring cycles, temperatures, drinking 10 gallons of water a day, propping my feet up, saying spells under a full moon, and talking to psychics.

NOTHING worked.

I cried for the first 3 years, constantly. I’ve tried fertility medications, and it helped a little. Still nothing. In all this time of trying I have watched countless strangers, friends, and family members grow up and have babies, some are 3-4 babies down, all while I squint to see if there is a faint line on a pregnancy test.

I keep these companies in business ya’ll.

Chris and I were drowning in mortgage and car payments, so there was absolutely no way we could afford to do IVF. It’s roughly around $20,000… But one day I seen a Tiktok (good ole Tiktok) and I seen a girl on there talking about @cnvfertility It’s one of the cheapest places in America for IVF. They do payment plans without credit checks as well! I showed Chris, and the two places for CNY that you can get everything done, from testing to transfers, is New York or Colorado. So we sold EVERYTHING. The house, the stuff, we let the expensive car go back. We bought a RV and had it shipped up here. We got to Colorado in September and haven’t stopped since. Chris and I have been working constantly. We didn’t realize just how expensive it was to live in Colorado, so saving has been near impossible.

We have completed our baseline appointments and we have been cleared to start IVF. I found out that both of my tubes are also completely blocked as well, so it makes sense why I never got pregnant even when I was ovulating in clomid.

I follow a lot of amazing women who have been going through the grueling process of fertility treatments and we are not naïve enough to expect it to be perfect or even work for that matter. We are just simply excited and eager for a chance to fight.

Absolutely anything helps, and I truly want to thank whoever it is that donates. I know times are hard for everyone, and you donating your hard earned money will NEVER go unappreciated and just absolutely cease to amaze me. Thank you EVERYONE 💙💗💙💗
